Corporate social responsibility

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has risen rapidly up the business agenda – a trend reflected in our wide-ranging CSR work in the past.
As well as covering CSR in annual reports and websites we’ve written an award-winning corporate responsibility report for Serco, handbooks for Arts & Business on investing in the arts and the community, and a brochure on sustainable coffee farming for Kraft. Other CSR clients include BAA, Boots, BUPA, Camelot and Thames Water. They recognise that it’s not enough to do the right thing; you also need to communicate what you’re doing, persuasively, to some diverse (and sometimes sceptical) audiences.
